ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM US PST (US Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Devious Dogs will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 2-8 business days within the USA and international 12-14 Days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping will be via UPS Ground, USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options. Orders over $75 will include FREE shipping.
RETURNS
We accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. Items should be unworn with all Devious Dogs garment tags attached. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear
